HIS SYDNEY RESIDENCE. Bj Telegraph—Prasq Asiociatinn—Cooyriuhl (Rcc. January 5, 9.10 p.m.) Melbourne, January 5. Tho Governor-General has informed Mr. Fisher that owing to tho New South Wales Government taking over Government House he would be unable to live in Sydney. He must have an official residence, if for no other reason than that it would bo necessary in the event of the King or the Prince of Wales visiting Australia.
