Half pint cream, 1 pint strawberries, loz. gelatine, a little lemon jelly, sugar to taste, a little lemon juicc. Put the strawberries through a hairsieve. Dissolve the gelatine hi the jelly. Whip the cream. Add the strawberries, cream, gelatine, and sugar to taste. Pour into" n mould, ana when 6et turn out and serve.
