[Specially written for The Dohinion.l SATURDAY. Staffed and Stewed Steak. Potatoes. Peas. Stewed Gooseberries. Cream. Cheese Souffle. SUNDAY. Roast Lamb. Mint Rancx>, Potatoes. Peas. Caramel Custard. Compote of Fruit. SUPPER. Teal and Ham Pie. Cucumber Salad. Strawberry Cream. Jelly. STRAWBERRY CREAM. Half pint cream, 1 pint strawberries, loz. gelatine, a little lemon jelly, sugar to taste, a little lemon juicc. Put the strawberries through a hairsieve. Dissolve the gelatine hi the jelly. Whip the cream. Add the strawberries, cream, gelatine, and sugar to taste. Pour into" n mould, ana when 6et turn out and serve.
