"TRIM AND NEAT."
THE JAPANESE SAILORS. (By Telegraph-Press Association.) Auckland, January 3. Many trim and neat Japaneso tailors off the training ships Aso and Soya wero iu town to-day, their appearance creating much interest. Several of the sailors did a brisk business in Victoria Arcade selling coins and curios from Japan. The visitors wero keen purchasers of postcards of New Zealand scenery and Maori studies.
