SENSATIONAL DISCLOSURES. By Telegraph-Press A;:3ciatien-Oopyrfgh» Paris, December 31. In tho French Senate a sensation was caused by tho production o' tcrcgrams showing that M. Jules' Cambou, the French Ambassador at Berlin, received instructions from M. Cruppi, former French Minister for Foreign Affairs, suggesting the cession of territory without the knowledgo of the Cabinet or Premier. M. Cruppi has written to M. Caillaux, the Premier, denying the authorship cf the telegrams.
