Sir James Barr, president-elect of the association, telegraphed, wishing the movement every success, and adding that the Insurance Act'must not'bo allowed to disgrace the Statute Book. TWELVE THOUSAND PLEDGED. (Rec. December 29, 10.10 p.m.) London, December 29. Twclvo thousand doctors have signed definite pledges against service under the Insurance Act.
