At Iho inquest the. medical testimony (after a post mortem) was that death was dun to heart disease, accelerated by indulgence in alcoholic liquors, A verdict was re turned accordingly. FATAL ACCIDENT. Dunedln, December 26. James Mcholski, who was admitted to tho hospital on December 1 suffering from spinal injury, as the result of an accident in tho Catlins district, died in tho institution yesterday.
