By Telegraph—Press Asßoclation-Oopjrright New York, Deoember 21 There was a riotous sccno in the court at Indianapolis during the course of the dynamiting investigation. The County Prosecutor, Mr. Baker, asserted that Detective Foster was an employee of the National Erectors" Association, and was interfering with him. Baker dragged Foster before tho Criminal Court Judgo demanding protection. 1 The Judge rebnked Baker, who then snatched a clnb from a policeman, and threatened Foster, but the police interfere!!. Baker was consequently called upon to answer a charge of contempt of Court, and was fined. A member of the Grand Jury, before which tho case is being heard, becamo insane, and bad to bo removed to an asylum.
