' In the Admiralty Court, Mr. • Justice Evans gave his decision in the crossactions for damages brought by thu Admiralty and the "White Star Line in connection with the recent collision between tho ciniser Hawko 1 and tho steamer Olympic, >15,000 tons. llis Lordship held that the Olympio was. responsible for tho oollision. • IJo found that the Olympic's pilot had taken an over-wide sweep round tho West Bramble buoy, and that, having tho Hawko to starboard, the liner should have mado way for the cruiser.
