Mr. llobhouse, Chanc;llor of the Duchy of Lancaster. Mr. Samuel, I'ostmasfer-General. Lord Loreburn, Lord Chancellor. file Marquis oi Crewe, Secretary for India. Mr. Churchill, First Lord of tho Adluiraltv. On tho other hand, tho following Ministers are in favour of women being granted the suffrage:— Lord Haldauo, Secretary for War. Mr. Burns, President of the Local Goveminent Board. Mr. Birrcll, Secretary for Ireland. Mr. Buxton, President of tho Board of Trade. Mr. Runciman, President of the Board of Agriculture.
