I Specially written for The Dominion-! THURSDAY. Roast I.oin of Pork, Stuffed. Apple Sauce. Potatoes. French Beans. Gooseberry Cream. • GOOSELURRY CREAM. One quart green gooseberries. 2oz. butler. Goz. castor sugar, J yolks of eggs (beaten), cold water. Wash and top and tail tho gooseberries ami put them in a stowpan with the butter and sufficient water to cover them. Simmer gently until the gooseberries are tender, and rub them through a liairsievo. Add Iho castor sugar and yolks of eggs, and stir tho nrixturo over the fire for a few minutes to cook tho 3'olks of eggs. It must not boil, or it will curdle. When cold, serve in a glass dish. FOR TO-MORROW. One Schnapper. Veal Stuffing. Green Peas. Cherries. Pastry. Cream.
