Otlienvi?c, they say, tiin executive would have lost no time in notifying them. Perhaps the executive consider it sufficient to send on the notiiicatiou by mail. Tho secretary of the union informal a reporter that those who held the impression that the men did not cuntcniplnto striking until midnight on Christmas Eve were labouring under a misapprehension. The decided intention of the union was that the men should coino out at midnight on the day preceding Christmas.
