PRIESTS NOT TO. BE SUED, Bγ Telesraph—Press Assoofrilion-Copyrisln London, December 12. A Papal decree forbids Roman Catholics to sue a priest in a State Court without permission of tho ecclesiastical authorities. The "Standard" remarks that the decree is likely to react on national affairs more extensively and minutely than the "Ne Tomere" decree regarding mixed marriages.
