THE ATLANTIC CABLE.

At a meeting of members of the London Chamber of Commerce, aftor Mr. Bright, engineer for the Commonwealth of Australia, had rend a paper on the position of the Atlantic cable proposition, the Chamber passed a resolution urging tho Government to co-operate with tho Dominions in the establishment of an allBritish trans-Atlantic cable, connecting with tho Pacific cable.
