WAR CHEST DRAINED. By TelozTapU—Press Association--Coprrirbt London, November 29. Owing to sectional strike?, the war chest of tho Lancashire and Chcshiro Miners' Federation has been drained. It was therefore proposed that an extra levy of sixpence a week be made on the members, totalling 70,000, but the majority refused to agree to the proposal.
