According to tho "Morning Post," negotiations between the Government and tho Nationalists have reached an impasse, Mr. John Redmond declining to accept Home Rulo and depriving Ireland of tho right to impose Customs and excise duties. Mr. Devlin is leading an important section which is willing to accept the Government's proposals.
