ENGLAND & GERMANY.
INTENSE INTEREST DISPLAYED. BRITISH FOREIGN POLICY CONDEMNED. By Tolesraph—Press Aesociation-CoprT'chl (Rec November 27, 10.55 p.m.) London; November 27. Newspapers in Britain, France, and Germany show intense interest in Sir Edward Grey's proposed statement. There are many indications that tho Radical unrest is tho result of British foreign policy. The "Morning Leader" declares that tho Anglo-French entente has led to nn immense revival of revenge as an idea in France, and embittered the relations between Britain and Germany. Unless Sir Edward Grey can help to open the new chapter tho R-adioals and Labourites nius-t make a stand on behalf of peace. Tho "Daily News" states that Britain has allowed a piratical invasion of Tripoli, permitted Franco to tear up the Algcciras Agreement and Russia to overTun Persia. Parliament must recover control of the Foreign Office from the possession of tho small official caste. A Foreign Office Committee of Commoners must be appointed. It would bo a happy augury if Mr. Bryco were transferred to Berlin as Ambassador.
