BILL FORCED THROUGH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, November 21. The Electoral Bill was forced through the Federal Senate after o sitting lasting twenty-seven and a half hours. The House of Representatives further discussed tho Commonwealth Bank Bill. Sir John Quick declared that American experience warranted him in forecasting disaster to the scheme. The debate was adjourned. . THE BANKING BILL/ (Rec. November 24, 11.43 p.m.) Melbourne, November 24. In tho Federal House of Representatives tho Banking Bill passed its second reading. Mr. A. Deakin's amendment to refer the Bill to a Select Committee was defeated by 35 votes to 25.
