REBELLION IN CHINA.
A REBEL TORPEDO BOAT. By Telesraph—Proas Association—Copyright Peking, November 23. A rebel torpedo boat ran the gauntlet of tho Imperialist fort at Hankau. Sho steamed at full speed whilo a battery of twelve guns poured out shrapnel. The boat was repeatedly struck. The feat aroused the enthusiasm of tho foreigners who saw it. Tho boat was disabled opposite (ho Foreign Concessions, which were finally reached under the Wuchang bank. A revolutionary cruiser then bombarded tho fort, killing several men. A CHINESE AVIATOR. San Francisco, November 23. A Chinese named Gunn, an aviator, ia negotiating with a view to being sent to aid the revolutionaries ia China.
