FIRE PANIC ENGINEERED.

BY FRENCH HOOLIGANS. By Telecraph—Press Paris, November 21. Hooligans started a lire panic at the Alcazar Theatre, at Bordeaux. The exits became jammed with people. The hooligans wrecked the refreshment bars, thus adding to the stampede. Tho balustrades yielded to the pressure of the crowd, and many wcro precipitated into the stalls. Others jumped from tho windows of tho building. Twenty persons wore injured.
