(From Our Special Correspondents.) Wanganui, November 21.—Fairly fine day, but a high wind. I'eilding, November 21—A high wind still prevails; clear night. I'almerston, November 21.—Heavy Tain fell during laet night and up till about 9 o'clock this morning, when it cleared. The wind again sprung up, however, and has been blowing a galo most of the day. Shannon, November 21—Heavy rain fell on Monday night. Tuesday was windy and dull. Masterton, November 21— The Ecv. A. Hodge reported, at .6 o'clock to-night for the previous 24 hours as follows:—Temperature in shade: Maximum 68.6 degrees, minimum 60.2 degrees; earth radiation, 43 degrees, earth temperature (one foot below surface), 56.4 degrees; wind, fresh S.W.; rain, 6 points;-weather, sky almost clear, blustering southwesterly; to-day; sharp shower at midday.
