Both are to take placo in ■Brisbane: GOVERNING BODY MEETS. • The committee of tho Wellington BoxiDg Association met last night to make final arrangements for the inatch between' Hannan and Gault on November 29, and for tho preliminary bouts of tho same evoning. There, were present: Messrs. R. W. M'Villy (ehairmau), A. Laurouson, H. Smith, T. W. Sampson, W. Tordham, A. Guise, Staples, and C- E. Bridge. . The following amateur bouts wero arranged as preliminaries to tiie HannanGault battle. In the. middle-weight class Finney; : recently of Otago, runner up in the last New Zealand championships, will meet Bain, a Wellington man. M'Carthy, Wellington provincial light-weight champion, is. matched with Valentine, of Petone. Barr, tho clever lad from Wairarapa, who beat tho local bantam champion a week ngo, will try conclusions with Kutner. a local.lad of sonio repute. Stewart, of Petone, and Wilson, of Wellington, will box at catch-weights. Mr. T. W. Sampson was appointed referee for all. contests. A letter was. received from Frank O'Grady, .i New South Wales light-weight, with a very fair record, asking for a match, but the committee decided to close the- season -with tho contests on November 29; It Was therefore decided to reply that,-no inatch could-be arranged.-
