Stewart, of Petone, and Wilson, of Wellington, will box at catch-weights. Mr. T. W. Sampson was appointed referee for all. contests. A letter was. received from Frank O'Grady, .i New South Wales light-weight, with a very fair record, asking for a match, but the committee decided to close the- season -with tho contests on November 29; It Was therefore decided to reply that,-no inatch could-be arranged.-
