(Specially written for The Dominion.) U'EDXLSDAV. -Mutton cutlets and tomato sauce. Chip potatoes. tivren pens. Treaclo sponge pudding. TREACLE SPOXGE PUDDING. I'our ounces of (lour, Joz. butter, !oz. (leiuerava sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tnblcspoonfuls golden syrup, 1 taMespoonful milk, halfteaspnonful carbonate of soda, sweet incited butter.
Sift the (lour and soda on to a pieco of paper, cream the butter add sugar, ami beat in the cg"s one at a t.me. Add the flour, soda, golden syrup, and milk, and stir all lightly together. Put the mixture into a greased basin, and steam for two hours. Turn out, ar.d servo with sweet melted butter. TOR TO-MORROW. 21b. steak. Sweet herbs. Parsley, Cauliflower. Gooseberries. Cream".
