Yesterday afternoon tie overhead wire on the up line in Manners Street, opposite the Clarendon Hotel, broke. The tram service on that line was delayed for some time. The broken wire was soon repaired by a gang of overhead wire repairers, who wero quickly on the scene. Messrs.
