The board adopted the recommendation of the Hospital Committer that Messrs. Crichton and M'Kay, and Messrs. Atkins and Bacon be asked to prepare a sketch plan and estimate, at a uominal fee to bo arranged in the case of the design no I accepted, for the proposed buUiings for the out-patients, for submission to the committee, such plan to provide for the accommodation required ov the medical superintendent of Mie hospital..
