Yesterday, tho Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) ■ delivered judgment refusing an application for a special jury in the ca?c of David O'llara. v. t.ho Victoria Insurance Company, Ltd.. a claim for .£7OO alleged to l>o due under insurance policies. The application was made by ilr. T. Young i'or tho defendant company and opposed by Mr. E. J. Fitzgibbou for O'Hara.
