ADDRESS AT OAMAKU. (Bj Tolccra oh.—Press Association.! Oamaru, November 19. Sir Jopoph Wnnl addre®e<l a' crowded meeting in tho Opera Ilouso on Saturday night. The meeting started at 9 o'clock, and concludcd at a quarter to twelve. Sir Joseph had a good reception, and an uninterrupted hearing. Tho band of tho Tcnlh Regiment played as ho entered the theatre. Tho epcoch was on tho lines of those delivered in other places, and n't its conclusion a vote of thanks to Sir Joseph Ward, and of confidence in the Government, was carried.
