OBJECT TO COCK-CROWING. By Teleeraph—Press Association—OopjTight New York, November 17. The newly-enfranchised women of Los Angeles, California, complainod to the City Council against cock-crowing, and threatened to leave tho city unless the nuisance was compulsorily stopped. The council drew up an ordinance banishing fowls from tho city.
