It is reported that Admiral Sah was induced to land at Kinkiang. Tho robels made him a prisoner; thereupon tho flcot hoisted tho revolutionary llag. Tho Imperialists at Nanking attacked the rebel outposts, but the latter's artillery enabled them to retain tho position. There is heavy fighting at Hankow, which is nightly bombarded. Tho majority of the revolted provinces prefer Shanghai as tho Republican capital ss being moro peaceful than other cities.
