In the Federal House of Representatives, in reply to a question, Mr. Frazer (Postmaster-Genoral) stated that the proposals of the Oceanic Company for a subsidy were that the trip between Australia and America should occupy twenty days, that the trips be four-weekly, that a subsidy of XISOO a trip be paid, and that the ports of call bo Pago Pago and Honolulu.
