THAMES SHIPBUILDING CO.
•» — THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. Bj Tcleeraph-Prese Assaclitlra-OopTrtehl London, November 16. Mr. A. F. Hille, the chief official of the Thames Ironworks, _ Shipbuilding, and Engineering Company,' attributes tho failure of tho company to the fact that tho working capital was expended in preparations for the building of the battleship Thunderer and losing tho order for the construction of fne battleship Ajox. It was, ho said, an audacious implication to say that tho unwillingness of tho Admiralty to accept tho Thames Ironworks Company's tenders sealed tho company's doom.
