PUT UP AT HASTINGS. (By Tdeeraph.—Special Correspondent.) Hastings, November 17. Tho new chimes for the Hastings Post Office havo been placed in position, and nro now in working order. Mr. E. 11. Williams, president of tho Chamber of Commerce, was the donor. Tlio bells nre the third largest in New Zealand, and weigh 20 cwt. They cost ,£3OO, of which the Government contributed £50.
