A largo number of buyers attended the sale, and competition wae very keen, especially for all pood lines of Eheopskins, for which an advance of one faxthiug per lb. may bo recorded. Hides sold about on a lovel v,ith last sale, occaeionally being one-eighth cheaper for lots showing a want of condition. Sheepskins: Half-bred and fine crossbred, 63d. to 7d. per lb.; crossbred, 5Jd. to 6id.; crossbred, dead, 4Jd. to 5d.; crossbred, damaged, 3£d. to 5Jd.; crossbred, badly damaged, lid. to 3d.: damp and green, 4s. 6d. to 6s.
