MEN CONSIDER MATTERS. By Telegraph—Press Association--Copyright (Rec. November 13, 0.25 p.m.) London, November 13. The joint committee of the executive railway men appointed a committee to draft a scheme of permanent fusion of the various railway unions. Mass meetings of railway men in the various centres considered tlio Railway Commission's report. Tho opinion of tho Birmingham, Bradford, and Huddersfield ineotings favoured a striko for fuller recognition of tho unions; tho Crowe gathering decided to give tho commission's recommendations a trial. Tho Llanelly railway men announced their decision to strike, but after a stormy meeting postponed it.
