DAMAGED IN COLLISION, By Telesrraph—Press Association—Copyright Roc. November 13, 0.25 p.m.) London, November 13. An Austrian steamer collided with tho Otaki at Gravescnd whilo tho latter was aground. When refloated it was discovered that tho port side was damaged above the water-line.

The Otaki is owned by the New Zealand Shipping Company, and is a vessel of 7420 tons. She was built in 1008 by Messrs. A. Denny Bros., Dumbarton, and is a triple-screw steamer. Her principal dimensions are: Longth, 4Csft. 4in.; beam, OOlt. 3in.; depth, 2(ift. Sin. Somo time ago a firo broke out in No. 3 hold of the vessel, just after she had arrived at uravesend from New Zealand.
