Mr. Eunciman, speaking at Darlington, said that tho Hnmo Itule Bill to bo introduced by tlie Government would provide for the unimpaired supremacy of tho Imperial Parliament, and the retention and control of the Army and Navy. Foreign treaties and tho creation of tariffs by the lrif.li Parliament would be made impossible, likewiso tho re-establish-ment of tho Catholic or Anglican Churches.
