(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. • Roast Shoulder of Mutton. Roast Onions. Now Potatoes. Chocolate Shops. Cream. CHOCOLATE SHAPE. One quart milk, loz. golatino, .3 tablespoonfulH chocolate (grated), 3oz. sugar, 1 taispaanful vanilla. Soak the gelatine in half the milk until soft. Dissolve the chocolate in a littie liot milk. Put. the rest of the milk into a saucepan. Bring it to the boil, ami stir tlie gelatine and milk to it. Add the sugnr and chocolate. PORr TO-MORROW. 61b. or "lb. Brisket of Beef. Salad. Rhubarb. Pastry.
