ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
MOTOR CYCLIST COLLIDES WITH A HOKSE. (By Telctrrauh.—Press Association.) Wanganui, November 12. A nasty accident occurred near the Town Bridge on Satnrday afternoon. Mr. H. V. Duigan, manager of the Wanganui "Herald," while riding a motor bicyolo, oollided with a horse, and was tin-own heavily to the ground. Ho sustained concussion of tho brain and a fractured collar bone. The sufferer was removed to a private hospital, wlwro ho is progressing satisfactorily.
FOUND DEAD. <• Dunedin, November 12. A man named John Dunstor, agod 63 yeaTs, who lived alone in Melbourne Street, South Dunedin, was found dead in his bed this morniug. He. suffered from Ireart disease, and recently from apoplexy also. SUDDEN DEATH. Gore, November 10. Mr Eobert Bolton, aged GG years, was found dead in bed at tho Bridge Hotel, Mataura, on Thursday morning. Deceased had been employed at the paper mills. He cam© from Woodhaugh about six weeks ago. An inquest is not deemed necessary, A BOAT CAPSIZES. A boating accident, happily unattended by loss of life, occurred at Island Bay yesterday afternoon. Shortly after four o'clock two men were cruising in .i launch off the bay when the boat capsized, and emptied its occupants into the water. They managed to get into a dinghy which they had been towing astern, and made the shore in safety.
