MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.
The Missions to Seamen Institute wm crowded last evening, when Mr. W. Gardprovided an enjoyable concert- Mr. J. J?. Gumming?, hon. assistant inissioner, occupied the chair. The following contributed vocal and elocutionary items to the programme:--Mrs. Gardiuer, Mrs. Willis, Misses M'Donald, Mueller, D. Jones, M. mn' if 12 ' BJa5S! ° n > Picket, M\ ohell, Messrs. F. Gardner, Bishop, Mason, ond T. Jones. Airs. F. Gardner acted as accompanist. An amusing conundrum competition was won by sailors from ships in port. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the performers.
