ELECTRICAL STORM. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Nelson, November 9. A severe electrical st'orm was experienced this ( morning, with heavy rain, vivid lightning, and sharp thunderclaps. Electrical bells were set ringing, and communication with Cable Bay was interrupted for several hours. TELEGEAPHIC COMMUNICATION INTERRUPTED. Masterton, November 9. A severe thunderstorm visited Masterton this afternoon. Telegraphic communication with the outlying districts is interrupted.
