| (Specially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Curried schnappor. Potatoes. Glace cherry pudding. GLACE CHERRY PUDDING. One egg, and its weight in butter, sugar, and flour, J tcaspooni'ul baking powder, 1 tublespoonful milk, ljo 7.. glace cherries, cherry pudding sauce. Silt the flour and baking powder on to a piece of paper • cream the butter and .sugar; beat in the' e !!i odd the Hour, bilking powder, milk, and cherries, cut into small pieces; put the mixture into six or eight greased moulds, cover with greased paper, and steam for about half an hour. Turn out and servo with cherry pudding sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Knuckle of veal. Parsley. Bacon for boiling. Droad beans. Rhubarb. SXW DAY. Hindquarter of lamb. Mint. New potatoes. Green peas. Dates. Rhubarb. Cream. FOR SUPPER. Ono chicken. Gelatine. Salad. Stale spongo cake. Pineapple.
