Richardson, of the Department of Military Operations and Intelligence at General Headquarters, who has qualified for admission to the Stalf College at Camberley, leaves for England by the lonic to-day. He will bo accompanied by Mrs. Richardson and family. Captain Richardson will be away two years. Major T. W. M'Donald, officer commanding the Junior Cadets, is under instructions to proceed to England for a refresher course in the Imperial Army, attached for instruction to one of the regimonts. lie will leave New Zealand, it is understood, on November 9.
