Prom Tucson, Arizona, comes news that Mr. Rodgors, tbo aviator, is arriving at the last Jap of his ocean-to-ocean aerial flight. He met Sir. Fowler there. Fowler is making poor headway. (Rcc. November 3, 11 p.m.) Now York, November 3. Mr. Rodgors, the aviator, has reached Yuma, Arizona. Ho crossed tho mountains at an altitude of 3000 feet. AVIATION IN THE ARMY. London, November 2. Sir George Reid, High Commissioner for Australia, presided at a Sphinx Club dinner, at which tho subject of aviation was discussed. Mr. Roger Wallace, K.C., president of tho Aero Club, stated that forty-seven officers had gained the club's certificate.
