LOSS OF THE ROSEDALE.
MARINE COURT'S FINDING. By Merrapta—Press Assnciation- -Oopyrirhl (Rec. November 3, C.55 p.m.) Sydney, November 3. The Marine Court has found that tho coastal steamer Rosodale, 275 tons gross, foundered on her voyage from tho Nambucca River to Sydney in September, but thoro was not evidence to show what was tho actual causo of tho mishap.
Judge' Backhonst suggested that tho vessel might havo been struck by lightning during a heavy thunderstorm that occurred on tho day of her disappearance.
