. SCENE IN PARLIAMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Coprricht Melbourne, November 2. In the Federal House of Representatives, an uproar was caused by Mr. Parker Moloney, member for Indi, Victoria, threatening to pull the nose of Mr. W. H. Ivolly, member for Wentworth, New South Wales. Mr. Kelly replied that Mr. Moloney was a contemptible cad. Other members kept tho pair apart.
