TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominios.) WEDNESDAY. Boiled leg of mutton. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. Fruit tnrt. Cheese sonfflcc. CHEESE SOUFFLEE. Ono ounce butter, half an ounce flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne, one gill milk, three oggs, three ounces grated cheese, .Molt the butter, add the Hour, then the milk, salt and pepper, and stir until it thickens. .Add the yolks one at a time, then the cheese, ami then tiie whipped whites lightly. Bake and serve at once. for to-morkow. Two pounds veal, ham, pastry, turnips.
