(Specially written for Tns Douiniom.) TUESDAY. Grilled Steak. Potato Chips. Asparagus. Chocolate Custard. CHOCOLATE CI'STAUD. One pint milk, 3oz. chocolate, ?,oz. (lour, lo;:. butter, 2oz. sugar, 2 eggs, » teaspnonfill esfence of vauilla. Grato the cliocolato and dissolvo it over the lire in a little of the milk. Mix tho Hour and butter to a paste, stir into the saucepan, boil a few minutes, stirring all the time. Take from the fire and allow it to cool a little, then add tho eggs well beaten, sugar and vanilla and pour into a buttered pio dish. Bake in a moderate oven. FOR TO-MOKROW. Leg of Mutton. Suet. Carrots. Turnips. Pastry. Fruit. Cheese.
