9 UPROAR IN THE REICHSTAG. By Telezraph—Press Association—Copyyielit Berlin, October 21. Tho Reichstag debated tho question of dear food in Germany. Tho Chancellor, Jlcrr von Bcthmann-Holln-og, declared that tho abolition of duties was urged with the object of destroying tho fundamental principles of tho country and tho economic policy of tho Government. Ho would resolutely resist even tho suspension of tho duties as dangerous. This declaration was greeted with uproar by tho Social Democrats.
