This morning both men appeared on charts of assaulting and resisting tho constable, and Sub-Inspector Hendry il«kcd for a week's remand, stating that Conslablo Dwyer had been so eovoroly kicked on the face, ljcdy, and lejs that he was confined to bed, and that more .serious charges would probably bo laid against the accused. Graham, who appeared without eont or vest, and with n black eyo, and Wallace wero represented by Jlr. Matthews, who said that Graham would plead "Guilty" and Wallace "Not guilty" to tho charges.
