(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Grilled Steal;. Potato Chips. Roast Onions. Thornton Pudding. THORNTON PUDDING. Two eggs, their weight in flour, weight or one egg in sugar and butter, two tabiespoontuls raspberry jam, lialf-tea-spooniul carbonate of soda (dissolved in a little lukewarm milk). Cream the buttei apd sugar, add the eggs (well beaten) and jam, and then flic scxla. Steam in buttered cups or moulds three-quarters of an hour; only half fill the cups. Serve with a good sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Semolina, stock, 21b. steak, pastry, celery, 41b. raisins.
