OUTRAGE AT TOULON.
AN ILL-STARRED PORT. By Telsirraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, October 9. An infernal machine at Toulon, the French naval port on the Mediterranean, wrecked a cafo, five persons being injured by the explosion. Several other persons were hurt during the panio that followed the explosion. There is no clue to the perpetrators of the dastardly outrage. A fire occurred on the first-class cruiser Waldeck Rousseau at Toulon. The warship's bunkers were flooded, and the outbreak extinguished.
